Developed to satisfy different sailing modes, from short-handed sailing to crewed racing or family cruising, this yacht does everything wonderfully well. Its primary design features, twin struts, wide stern, and chin hull, all work hand-in-hand towards different goals – shimmering performance, enhanced stability, excellent control, and a comfortable interior. The included retractable carbon fiber bowsprit, the flexible split backstay, and the revised mainsheet arrangement allow a surprising amount of fine-tuned sailing. Practically arranged winches, a genoa furling device, and a keel step mast are all included in the standard kit, making the E4 indeed the ultimate yacht for sailing enthusiasts. Simply put, the yacht delivers exuberant efficiency with such ease that you’re going to want to sail harder.
After sailing, there’s plenty of space above and below the deck for family and friends. The wide beam of the Elan E4 provides a comfortable cabin layout, from a vibrant social lounge to a fully fitted galley and a spacious headroom. The starboard side’s nav-station offers plenty of space for preparation and navigation, and the DAME-winning control panel makes it easy to control all aspects of the yacht. Practical LED lighting systems, enhanced by ambient lighting, complement the beautiful natural oak veneered furniture included in the regular kit. The 3-cabin configuration provides an additional rear cabin, which can accommodate even more crew members if needed.
