The onboard dining experience is far beyond typical charter fare. Our chef-prepared meals rival top Croatian restaurants, made fresh daily using high-quality, local ingredients — often sourced from farmers markets or even directly from the sea (yes, we try to catch fish onboard too!).

While there’s no fixed menu, this is intentional — your route is flexible, and the cook adapts daily menus based on weather, location, and availability of fresh produce. You’ll receive a pre-charter provisioning list to inform the cook of your preferences, dietary needs, and allergies — ensuring the menu is tailored just for you.

Each morning begins with a nourishing breakfast and fresh pastries (often locally sourced), followed by a flavorful lunch, energizing snacks, and fresh fruits throughout the day. Smoothies, juices, and other drinks are always on hand. While dinners are enjoyed ashore, we can prepare meals on board upon request, especially when we find an exceptional catch or ingredient.

And unlike most charters, we bring our own professional kitchen setup onboard, including:

• Ice maker, coffee machine, juicer & smoothie blender

• Sharp chef knives, storage containers, and quality pans

• Even essentials like salt, pepper, foil, dish soap, and sponges

🗺️ Suggested Sailing Itinerary: Flexibility Meets Discovery

Our itineraries are flexible and tailored on the spot — because weather conditions, local events, and your preferences all play a role. Your skipper will meet you onboard and together you’ll create the perfect plan, always adjusting based on daily weather forecasts and guest wishes.

You can choose between:

• Long passages, covering greater distances but with more time spent sailing, or

• Shorter, relaxed hops, giving you more time to swim, explore, hike, and enjoy each destination.

Based on years of experience, we suggest a laid-back island-hopping itinerary from Split/Trogir. Here’s a possible 7-day route:

1. Saturday (Day 1) – Night sail to Vis Island
   Set sail in the evening and arrive at Vis after dark — saving on mooring fees and beating the crowds. You’ll wake up on a peaceful island with a full day ahead.
   (Sailing time: approx. 3.5–4 hrs)

2. Sunday (Day 2) – Explore Vis Island
   Rent scooters or bikes, visit vineyards, beaches, and charming towns. Dine at the amazing Lola Konoba, one of our top recommendations.

3. Monday (Day 3) – Pakleni Islands & Hvar by Water Taxi
   Anchor in a stunning cove on the Pakleni Islands (map) — snorkel, paddle board, or relax. Use a water taxi to visit Hvar Town day or night. Dine at the charming Meneghello Restaurant surrounded by nature.

4. Tuesday (Day 4) – Sail around Hvar to a Hidden Cove
   Discover secluded bays and have lunch or dinner at the beautiful Sveti Klement restaurant.

5. Wednesday (Day 5) – Stari Grad
   Head to the peaceful and historic town of Stari Grad, less crowded than Hvar. Explore on foot or rent bikes or cars to see more of the island.

6. Thursday (Day 6) – Remote Cove + Optional Hike
   Anchor in a tranquil bay for a final swim-and-sunset experience. Optional hike to an ancient monastery (route) for spectacular views.

7. Friday (Day 7) – Return Sail to Trogir Marina
   Head back to base, refuel, and enjoy your final night aboard at the marina.
