How can I cancel my reservation?

Contact our customer service at +386 40 873 520 or via email at info@skippercity.com. We will assist you immediately.

What is the security deposit?

The security deposit is a refundable amount the charter company holds during your charter to cover possible damage. You leave it at the base at check-in — usually as a credit-card pre-authorisation or in cash — and it is returned at check-out if the boat comes back undamaged.

What licences do I need to rent Namaste of Bali?

Namaste of Bali is a crewed charter — she comes with a professional crew, so you do not need any licence to book her.

What additional costs should I expect?

The crew's wages are in the charter price, and obligatory extras are listed on this page. Food, drinks, fuel and port fees come on top — on crewed yachts usually through an APA, an advance of 30–40 % of the charter price that the captain spends against receipts and settles with you at the end. The refundable security deposit is separate.

When do I check in and check out?

Check-in for Namaste of Bali is from 17:00 on the day your charter starts, and check-out is by 09:00 on the day it ends. The charter company’s rule for this base: “The obligatory deadline for the return of the yacht to the yacht base is Friday 18:00h.”

Who operates Namaste of Bali?

Namaste of Bali is owned and operated by Adriatic Sailing, an independent charter company with 52 boats in our catalogue. We act as your charter agent: you book and pay through us, and Adriatic Sailing hands the boat over at the base.
