Questions about Tatry

How can I cancel my reservation?

Contact our customer service at +386 40 873 520 or via email at info@skippercity.com. We will assist you immediately.

What is the security deposit?

The security deposit for Tatry is 2.500 €. It is refundable: you leave it at the base at check-in — usually as a credit-card pre-authorisation or in cash — and it is returned at check-out if the boat comes back undamaged.

What licences do I need to rent Tatry?

For a bareboat charter you need a skipper licence recognised in Croatia and a VHF radio certificate. The charter company checks both at check-in — there is no licence check when you book online. No licence? Add our skipper in the extras below: priced by the week, plus their food on board.

What additional costs should I expect?

Obligatory extras are listed on this page and are paid before arrival or at the base, as marked. On top of the charter price, budget for mooring fees outside your home marina, fuel and provisioning. The refundable security deposit is separate and is returned after check-out.

When do I check in and check out?

Check-in for Tatry is from 17:00 on the day your charter starts, and check-out is by 09:00 on the day it ends. The charter company’s rule for this base: “The obligatory deadline for the return of the yacht to the yacht base is Friday 18:00h.”

Who operates Tatry?

Tatry is owned and operated by Adriatic Sailing, an independent charter company with 52 boats in our catalogue. We act as your charter agent: you book and pay through us, and Adriatic Sailing hands the boat over at the base.
